These tubes are made of medical grade silicone and replaced ME8007180. There is no difference between the function of these tubes and 8007180 -- the only difference is that the portion of the tube that goes onto the breast shield is a cream colored adapter while 8007180 has a cream colored piece instead.

This tubing is designed for the two-tone yellow piece to go into the membrane cap, which contains a membrane that then goes onto the dome caps on top of the Symphony pump in order to create suction. The cream colored ends go directly into your Medela Personalfit Connector.
