Medela Return PolicyDue to sanitary reasons replacement parts purchased may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase providing they are still in the same new condition in which they were received, sealed in their original packaging. If the packaging has been opened, regardless if the item has been used NO return will be accepted for refund or exchange.
Garment Return/Exchange PolicyGarments or shoes may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving them. Returned garments/shoes must be in the same new condition in which they were received with the tags intact. Items that have been laundered or have any kind of stains, holes, tears, marks/scuffs or odor will NOT be accepted for return.
On the rare occasion when permission is granted for an item to be returned or exchanged after 14 days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
Return/Exchange Policy for Christmas ClothingChristmas clothing may not be returned or exchanged after December 20th of the year the garment was purchased.
Bra Return PolicyWe understand that it is difficult to determine your bra size when purchasing online, especially maternity bras. We will be happy to return/exchange or refund your purchase (minus shipping cost) within 14 days of the date you receive the order. The bra MUST be returned in its original undamaged packaging, and MUST NOT have been washed or worn (other than to try it on for correct fit). A 20% restocking fee will be charged for bras mailed back more than 14 days after you received it. Please try on your bra as soon as possible after receiving it. To remove the bra from its package, open the package using the button or resealable flap. DO NOT CUT OR TEAR THE BAG.
Bras that have been damaged from laundering in a washing machine are NOT accepted for return or refund.
Due to sanitary concerns we CAN NOT accept a bra returned with deodorant marks, make-up marks, milk or other stains or any other kind of deformities.
If you would like to exchange your bra, we will send the new bra by First Class Mail. If you prefer expedited shipping for your exchange bra please note that on the Bra Return Form included in your original package. Expedited shipping must be paid for by the customer.
Gift Item Return PolicyGift items must still be in their original gift packaging for return.
Return Policy for Orders that Received Free ShippingOrders over $149.00 are eligible for free shipping. If you receive free shipping on your order, and then return items that cause your product total to fall beneath $149.00, you have waived the free shipping option. The cost of shipping for the initial order will be deducted from your refund.
Other Product Return PoliciesOther products including but not limited to diaper bags, strollers, burp cloths, bibs and pacifier holders items must be in the same new condition in which they were received with the tags intact. Items that can NOT be returned or exchangedDue to sanitary reasons hair bows, hats, diapers, hosiery, and any other personal care item will NOT be accepted for return or exchange. Clearance items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
